Brewery in the Krongut Bornstedt
Since 2002, two great cultures have met in the lavishly restored Krongut: the World Heritage Site of the listed historic building ensemble and the German beer tradition, which has been cultivated here since 1689. Two types of "Bornstedt Buffalo" are brewed here and freshly tapped - a light, hop-flavoured, top-fermented beer and a dark, malty brown beer.
Next to the brewery there is also the restaurant "Brauhaus". In the rustic ambience you can enjoy plain, Brandenburg dishes. The menu includes regional specialities and seasonal recommendations. The beer specialities can be tasted very comfortably, while dining in the restaurant as well as during the guided tours and tastings offered.
Currently, only the terrace of the restaurant is open.
